Seize The Moments Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Southeast Michigan serving young men (18 years & older).

Our mission statement is to promote entrepreneurship as means of economic growth & stability to create generational & legacy wealth building on a personal & professional level.

Our vision statement is to help save the lives of young men (18 & older) from self-defeating/destructive behavior through faith-based organizations.

The problems we are striving to solve:

• High school dropout rates

• (Drug usage, sales & illegal activities)

• (Gun Violence, homicide & suicide rates)

• Incarceration rates

• High unemployment rates

• Also, to help reduce teen fatherhood through sex education programs facilitated by community organizations.

We will initially work in urban communities of color in the State of Michigan beginning in Southeast Michigan & working throughout the lower part of the State of Michigan. Also, we will promote the following values as part of their journey to a healthy & sustainable lifestyle:

• Good Citizenship

• Honesty

• Integrity

• Morals

Additionally, these problems will be solved through the following methods & partners:

• One-on-one coaching/mentoring group sessions

• Accountability partners

• Assisting in enrollment & applying for financial aid into community colleges, (vocational & technical schools), apprenticeship programs, four year universities

• (Police & Fire Academies)

• Armed Forces

• Workforce development organizations to aid in exploring career paths, training & development.
